What is necessary at an Open Air Pub??

Drinks🍻? NOPE!! Before that you need --> Tokens🎟! i.e. A ticket dispenser. This project is designed during a CADing competition for an Open Air Pub. It is a conceptual design of a manual ticket dispenser using gears and rollers, optimized with lever and motor for roll-back, which allows different output of tickets according to the constraints. This design is combined with electrical sensors and digital display while keeping the cost-efficiency🤑 of the product.

ChromaCloak

This puzzle game was designed during a 2-day competition, McGameJam. It used a unique light particle detecting system. Our hero uses his/her Chromacloak technology to navigate through each level of the building. The objective of this game is to complete all the levels and fully infiltrate EvilCorp Inc.🕵️‍♂️🕵️‍♀️! Players need to use their quick thinking to change multiple colors to match the wavelength of the security robots.

WeatherBox

Ummmm.....this is actually a project for my girlfriend.😳😳😳 Unfortunately the mechanical and electrical part are still in progress, the work is paused due to the pandemic. However, it is a physical simulation of the weather with an online web app control station . The user (she) can input a city of her curiosity in the app and the data will be stored in the database. Then the physical weatherbox will try to fetch that data and simulate the actual local weather inside according to her input. It is an integrated project combining Mechanical(SolidWorks), Electrical(KiCad), Software(Arduino) and Web(MySQL, HTML, CSS, JS, NodeJS). Hope I can still keep her surprised if she sees this site.🤫

Computational Soft Robot Exploration

WOW, my capstone project LOL😲. The decision of this project is made because there is almost no existing finite element analysis(FEA) solver with the ability to model high deformation thin paper-based origami chambers. This big project consists of mechanical thin shell and rigid body design, electrical DC motor controller design, PID control system in C applied on the pressure control station and creation of an extension package of ArcSim in C++, a thin shell FEA simulation software.

Hand Shield for Bikers

How does the winter feel in Montreal? I believe most people have some sort of the same feelings🥶🥶, especially for those who bike🚲 in winter. This conceptual CAD project is subjected to faciliate the biking experience in cold temperatures and harsh weather since hands are prone to get cold first because they are more exposed than other body parts. Little Dummy Hand Chaser

My very first robot, more like a souvenir for me. This little cute guy stumbles and follows the hand in front of him. The infrared sensor detects the change in intensity of the light source. The head of this dummy will track the motion of the hand or any objects in front of it and follows it like a cute mechanical pet🐕 of your own.
